My tutor for this week couldn’t be any better really , had the answer to all my questions, explained everything clearly, was really down to earth and easy to get along with and the experience he has makes him very trustworthy.

Tutor was very helpful and took his time to go over any questions any of the students had, making sure we fully understood the answers to our questions leaving us fully prepared for the online GOLA exams.

Tutor was very friendly and accommodating in general and is an asset to ERR. He made sure that all items needed for our practical session were fully prepared in advance, both tools and materials boxes. He took his time to clearly demonstrate how to make off armoured cables, prepare cable tray, thread conduit and bend PVC conduit.

During the practical session he was constantly monitoring our progress, offering advise and assistance where needed and was always open to answering questions that any student had.

First weekend at the centre and was great to start the course. facilities and equipment are great, as the welcoming feeling, knowledge and experience received from both trainers.

I am very impress for the online facilities provided and how it makes to understand everything very perfect. My thanks goes to everyone that supported.

Very good week of learning! Was good to be hands on with the practical and was way better than the 1st week with time to spend for revising as well as practical, whereas the 1st week was very rushed with so much to get through whereas this week was much better.

Tutors always very helpful with any questions or teaching tricks on practical to make it easier in the future, great banter in the class so the class is not boring and is a great way to teach as it is much more enjoyable.
